SENZ Training
& Employment

We are a government funded social service provider, offering FREE services to our Pacific and Māori communities in a number of regions across Aotearoa NZ.

We run a FREE programme for Pacific peoples funded by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples (in Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay and Manawatu-Whanganui), to assist you into work or tertiary level training. We can help you navigate applying for jobs, scholarships, apprenticeships and enrolments. After determining your needs, we can even provide some finanicial support to help you get tooled up for your future steps. Our mentoring programme is normally 12 months, and we can help with a range of needs (eg travel, licences, work gear etc). For a confidential discussion, call our team today to see how we can help you. As a government funded programme, there is eligibility criteria - specifically, you must be NEET eligible (not in employment, education or training), Pacific ethnicity and 15-65yrs old) so if you are a recent school leaver or unemployed or inbetween jobs, reach out - we can help!

We also run a FREE 12-week programme for WINZ beneficiaries in Auckland and the Hawkes Bay to assist you to become benefit free - you will be referred to us from your WINZ office. This programme is funded by the Minsitry for Social Development.

For parents living in Auckland, we also run a FREE 10-week programme funded by the Ministry of Education, called Incredible Years. Call us to find out about our enrolment terms.

And funded by Te Puni Kokiri, we have our flagship Revolution Tour programme in schools, which is run by young people and focuses on short, whole-school programmes for intermediate and college aged rangitahi. This programme is offered nationally, and we run an annual calendar where schools are pre-booked.
