| What is SENZ Coaching Squad?
The SENZ Coaching Squad is a 40 week training programme that will allow you to develop the foundation skills to become a sport and recreation teacher/instructor/coach. The programme focuses on sport, coaching, outdoor adventure activities and fitness concepts. You will achieve NZQA unit standards towards the National Certificate in Sport (Level 2), First Aid & National Pool Lifeguard Award. The Coaching Squad is supported by the Ministry of Youth Development.

You must be:
A New Zealand citizen or permanent resident, 16-22 years of age.
