Since 1998 SENZ has provided training and employment services and has vast experience in providing careers advice, employment brokerage, training and referring youth to successful pathways.
All of SENZ training programmes have a balance between practical and academic components. It is so important that a student is in an environment where they can work to the best of their ability. Our programmes are well taught and well resourced so the students can work to their potential.
SENZ has been running successful employment services since 1999 and is currently providing successful Outcome Based Contracting, In Work Support and Supporting Sole Parent programmes to Work and Income clients in the Auckland region. SENZ also liaises with local employers in the community to provide free services in recruitment of staff. We have worked with a wide range of clients, from youth through to mature clients and have been very successful in assisting these clients to achieve their specific goals.
A number of strategies are used at SENZ to ensure this happens. These include:
SENZ makes a positive difference to the lives of the people we aim to assist. We look forward to you becoming a member of the team and experiencing the difference that is SENZ Training & Employment Centre.
Building Better Futures
To deliver successful training programmes and employment services that meet the needs of our community.

Encouragement within a nurturing whanau environment.
Responsibility for quality outcomes.
Respect for students, clients, community, and staff.
Our logo shows the silver fern continuing to unfold. This represents the personal development and growth of each student or client. The silver fern is contained within a circle representing the protective boundaries of SENZ. The stem of the silver fern flows into and out of the circle representing ongoing pathways and the leaves showing a range of different and positive directions a student or client can take.
SENZ believes that every person has the ability to be successful in his or her life. Part of the answer is tapping in to their potential and passion. At SENZ we are committed to assisting the young person in finding positive direction in their life.
